Lot suitability review - This is an objective review of your property to determine if there are any potential issues with building. There are no guarantees when digging but this allows you to plan you design to fit within reasonable expectations. This service costs $50 per lot.

Custom lighting and electrical design - We provide detailed planning and product selection of all fixtures. This includes location and suppliers.

In home networking - We can plan and install basic structured media centers and internet backbones.

Radiant floor heating design and installation - We are one of the areas most experienced radiant floor planners and installers with zero callbacks or failures.
